The 5 Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible purchases made directly through Blissbury.com and does not cover:
- Pillowcases, covers, or accessories
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Changes in comfort preference over time
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations
- Purchases made through unauthorized sellers
